'Backbone of Our Land' by Folkworks

Led by Peter Brewis and Degna Stone, ‘Backbone of Our Land’ was a premiere Folkworks commission of new music and spoken word, also featuring new work by Bella Hardy, Sarah Hayes, Andy Martin, Andrew McMillan, Kim Moore and Dan Rogers.

Originally performed at Sage, Gateshead during the Great Exhibition of the North on 28th July 2018 and reprised during the Art 50 festival on the 24th February 2018.
